Integrity’s workforce development programs focus on you. If you are between the ages of 18 and 65, we will help you get into a full-time job or training program leading to a full time job. We can work with you to get a job if you’ve never been employed or even if you have been unemployed for a long time. We are willing to “meet you” wherever you are. We first learn about your work history and current capabilities. We can then provide job readiness skill training that will prepare you to succeed in the work environment.

We are committed to improving the quality of life in communities we serve. Before relocating to southwest Atlanta, we were located in the English Avenue neighborhood where we provided workforce readiness training and job placement to Westside neighborhoods since 1995.

Many of our trainees have a criminal record. If that is your situation, we are ready to serve you. If you are seriously committed to achieving stable employment, we will be equally committed to working with you. Here is a list of the programs we offer:

When you do, our administrative assistant will help you identify which program is best for you. Our staff can then lead you through the intake and assessment activities that will support your success.
